1) Order Placement
All orders placed online will receive an order number. Kindly check your email to ensure all order details provided are accurate. (Do note that unidentified email address might land in your spam email).
Any changes on the order information such as receiver contact number or address, kindly contact us 24 hours before delivery date.

2) Product Substitution
We held the right to substitute items in hamper gifts, color/type of flowers, plush toys or any other decorative items and wrappers to another of the same or higher value should the actual product shown in picture are out of stock. We will send you a note via the contact details given by you. Please assure the information given is accurate.
All product pictures and actual delivered product may differ but please be assured we will make it as similar as possible.
3) Delivery
All prices projected on the website is including delivery charge. We only deliver to MIRI area.
We are unable to guarantee a specific time frame delivery for orders placed for on the same day delivery. We will try our best to adhere to your preferred time. Our delivery hours:
Monday – Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Sunday – Morning from 9.00 to 12 noon only (orders placed on Saturday before 3pm)
* Any orders place on Sunday will be delivered on the next working day.
4) Re-delivery
Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and recipient is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around and no one is at home, we will bring it back to shop and a re-delivery fee will be imposed for delivery within the next day.
5) Internet Banking
You may choose to pay online through our secured electronic payment gateway or request direct local bank transfer. Our company bank account name is HONEYBEE FLORIST (RHB Bank & Maybank only) and will not be under any personal name. Contact us for details.
6) Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of order must be made 72 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, full payment will be forfeited. A refund of 50% of total amount paid will be transferred to your account (any other charges will charge-back to you) if you cancel before 72 hours of your delivery date and time. We can only make refund to Malaysia or Singapore bank account. Cakes/cupcakes order are not subjected to cancellation or refund.
7) Rejection of Service
We reserve the right to reject any order that falls on public holidays, during peak-period or delivery at unreasonable time passed our working hours.
8) Customers Privacy
We will not sell or share customer information with any third parties without prior consent of our customers.
